1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in the Player's Account, including deposits, winnings, and applicable bonuses.

• "Withdrawal" refers to the process by which a Player requests to transfer funds from their Account balance to their designated bank account or payment method.

Words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register and use gg7774 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age as required by Philippine gaming laws.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

When you register for an Account, you agree to:

4. Not create multiple Accounts. Each Player is permitted only one Account. Duplicate Accounts will be closed, and funds may be forfeited.
5. Not allow any third party to use your Account or access the Platform through your credentials.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using gg7774 services:

• Employees, directors, consultants, and contractors of gg7774 or any affiliated company.
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of any person mentioned above.
• Individuals who have been previously banned or self-excluded from gg7774 or any other online gaming platform.
• Persons acting on behalf of or in collusion with other Players to commit fraud or abuse the Platform.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

gg7774 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Landbank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• You are not using a payment method belonging to a third party without authorization.
• You understand that all deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or where required by law.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. gg7774 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their Account balance subject to the following conditions:

1. Verification: Your Account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes submitting valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
2. Wagering Requirements: All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms.

3.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on gg7774 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider or bank will convert the amount at their prevailing exchange rate. gg7774 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or fluctuations.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Withdrawing deposits without meeting minimum wagering requirements and then redepositing to claim the same bonus again.

Players found guilty of bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, false identities, or engaging in any form of fraud.

Any Player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR.

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Platform.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

By using our Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Suspension and Termination

gg7774 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• Your Account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You have engaged in any form of bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent regulatory authority.

10.2 Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your designated payment method within ten (10) business days, provided all verification requirements have been met.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account or any game outcome, you must:

1. Contact gg7774 customer support within thirty (30) days of the disputed event by emailing [email protected] with full details of the complaint.
2. Allow gg7774 up to fourteen (14) business days to investigate and respond to your complaint.
3. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's gaming supervision and compliance group.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.

12. Amendments and Governing Law

12.1 Amendments

gg7774 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and gg7774 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
